Cookies Sailor

The Fano fishermen also called them the “bussulant”. They are shaped cookies donuts that were kept for months and months. For their long shelf life (aged were good) were the bread of the fishermen at sea. They were produced by the bakers of the harbor area.
Today, sailor biscuits are enriched with almonds and soft raisins, which gives it a completely unique taste !!!
